We found this research not only fascinating, but directly connected to many important goals -- exercising, losing weight, reducing stress and even conquering fears.  The New York Times recently pointed out several studies indicating that when you exercise regularly, over time you grow new brain cells that are resistant to anxiety.

mask on my face...i feel.... my throat thin as a thread, heart pounding every whitch way... to many things on mind yet i cant express the great ordeal i feel inside. hard times.

Turning Panic into Happiness

I found a lot of wisdon in this short Huffington Post piece on Turning Panic into Happiness.  The key, they recommend, is not to say Yes Sir or Get Out to your panic.
