My Mighty Team was created by a group of friends who have seen the power of focused, committed teams in our own lives.  MyMightyTeam.com is a creation of MYTY INC. (which we pronounce “Mighty” no matter what anyone else says), a privately-held Delaware corporation based in Harlem, New York City.

Joan I. Greco, President

Greco’s career in bringing together groups for compelling communication and decision-making began at the most venerable decision-making group in the nation: The United States Supreme Court.  A graduate of Harvard Law School and an editor of the Harvard Law Review, Greco clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg while Ginsburg sat on the Court of Appeals, and later clerked for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the U.S. Supreme Court.  Following a stint at the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, Greco began her own business, not in the practice of law but in the art of bringing people together for extraordinary exchanges of ideas.  The results include critically-acclaimed television programs and powerful live events.  My Mighty Team is inspired and informed by these results; but its goal-directed social network platform, shaped both by small-group dynamics and open community evolution, dwarfs these traditional platforms in its ability to help unlimited numbers of people get things done.

Greco, born in the Bronx, New York, attended the Bronx High School of Science and the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.A. in Psychology and interned at the Wall Street Journal.  She lives in Harlem.
